Taiwan’s MedTech Strength in Focus at Medical Taiwan 2026

As global healthcare systems accelerate digital transformation, Taiwan continues to gain recognition as a key hub for medical technology innovation and manufacturing in Asia.

Organized by the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA), Medical Taiwan 2026 will take place from June 25–27 at Taipei World Trade Center Exhibition Hall 1. Marking its 20th edition, the exhibition is one of Asia’s leading healthcare technology events, connecting international buyers with Taiwan’s dynamic MedTech ecosystem.

Backed by strong electronics manufacturing and biomedical expertise, Taiwan has developed integrated healthcare solutions that combine hardware, software, and data. Its companies are widely known for applying Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in areas such as smart hospitals, AI-assisted diagnostics, and connected medical devices.

This year’s exhibition centers on three themes: Innovative Care, Smart Healthcare, and Medical Supplies Hub, addressing key global needs including preventive care, long-term care, and healthcare efficiency.

Featured highlights include the AI Smart Healthcare Pavilion, showcasing smart operating rooms, smart Ward, and AI medical imaging; and the Smart Medical & AI-Tech Assistive Devices Pavilion, focusing on AI-driven solutions for senior care and wellness.

The International Forum will gather experts from the U.S., Australia, Japan, and Israel to discuss “Hospital at Home” and remote care trends. In parallel, M-novator Demo Day will feature nine companies presenting innovations in digital therapeutics and health tracking.

The exhibition will also host One-on-One Procurement Meetings to facilitate direct business connections between global buyers and Taiwanese suppliers.
